Eponic expands its offering for small and medium sized BIDs
A simple tracking solution geared towards smaller BIDs with 2 to 6 Public Safety Officers (PSO) or Ambassadors. The system incorporates a streamlined version of our handheld log-entry tracking tools that enables PSO/Ambassadors to record what information visitors are requesting, what incidents are taking place, street crime, homeless contacts, merchant contacts, maintenance issues, street-infrastructure, graffiti and service calls.
The system includes our full suite of online reporting tools – enabling BID managers to run comprehensive reports on any segment of the data collected. Reports can be plotted an interactive map of your BID, emailed or exported to Excel. Call for pricing.
Eponic Mobile Business
This version includes all the log-entry tracking functionality of Mobile Lite with the additional functionality of an interactive Business database. The Business database can include every business in the BID and is searchable by keyword or category.
With the business database comes an integrated method of address validation: so PSO/Ambassadors have a simple and quick way of log-activity creation that provides the BID manager with the most accurate method of data-collection and reporting.
The business database is updatable from the field, the PSO/Ambassadors become your eyes and ears for the latest changes to BID businesses. Having the most comprehensive and up-to-date business directory in hand enables the PSO/Ambassadors to provide superior visitor service.
